Diane
Bubeck incorporates a unique nondieting approach
with children and adults dealing with anorexia,
bulimia, addictive/compulsive eating and binge
eating. She re-educates clients by helping them
to understand the body-mind connection, learn
to identify the bodys signals, and understand
their relationship with food.
Through
gentle coaching, she helps clients uncover the
underlying issues and origins of their unhealthy
eating habits. Once these are identified, strategies
and a healthy eating program are designed to change
habitual patterns so food ceases to be a coping
mechanism and clients are finally able to get
off the diet roller coaster and enjoy an active,
fun-filled life.

| "I
feel that I"m finally normal. I do not struggle
with food anymore. I eat when I want to, and I can
choose not to eat when I don't want to...... Diane
always returned my calls promptly..... Even when
I was uncomfortable with myself, I knew I could
relax and talk freely...... Thank you so much for
all of your help!" |

| "I
was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. I didn't
know what to eat...... everything seemed to aggravate
my condition. I developed an eating disorder because
I was so fearful that whatever I ate would cause
pain. After the MRT testing, I learned what to avoid
so I have my life back..........I'm not constantly
worrying or avoiding my next meal. It was a wonderful
thing and I'd advise anyone to do it." |
