24-48 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate

you need to cancel an appointment. You will be billed
for missed appointments not cancelled within the time

not be released to anyone without your written permission. |

and Billing |
| Payment
is required at the time of service. After your visit,
you will be provided with an itemized receipt, which you
can submit to your insurance carrier. |
